Ingredients
1 cup of tomato sauce Ketchup.
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of honey
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic or garlic powder
A teaspoon of cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Take a pan or a pot, as big as you need.
Add some oil to the pan, and over medium heat, fry the finely chopped garlic. Remember, you must leave them well browned, but without burning them.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and you should let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients well so that they are well integrated.
Now is the time to add the salt to taste, add as much as you think is necessary.
