BBQ with Rum
Ingredients
2 cups ketchup
½ cup rum
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cane molasses
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix well.
Bring it to a boil and reduce the heat to medium. Cook, stirring constantly for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.
