Ingredients

- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp rub/seasoning
- 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
Directions

- Preheat grill/smoker to 250F over indirect heat with apple wood
- Trim pork tenderloin by removing silver skin. Apply rub.
- Put meat on a smoker and cook at 250F for 30 – 35 minutes. Apply honey and BBQ sauce with a basting brush. Close the lid and let cook for another 15 minutes or until internal meat temp reaches 145F. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm. As an optional step you can put some butter or vegetables on top (see picture)
