Start by putting a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan, and add the oregano, thyme, cumin and chilli, letting them take heat for a minute. Remove from heat and add the parsley, paprika and finely chopped garlic.
Add the vinegar and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Once mixed, add the rest of the extra virgin olive oil, and a good pinch of salt, and mix everything with the BBQ sauce.
