Grilled Corn on the Cob


  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil if direct grilling
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the husks and silk from the corn. Brush each piece with olive oil.
  3. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning once or twice.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve with butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
