Liquid BBQ sauce
Ingredients
250ml of ketchup
60ml vinegar or balsamic vinegar
75ml chicken broth
30g of black sugar
½ tsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Mix the ketchup with the vinegar until they are well integrated.
Add the broth and mix again.
Add the other ingredients one at a time, mixing in between each step.
The earlier you remove it from the heat, the more liquid it will remain.
