Marinated Pork Ribs
Ingredients
1 kg pork ribs
1 half cups tomato sauce
1 half cups barbecue sauce
3 tbs honey
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
To make ketchup, blend tomato, barbeque sauce and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Combine the liquid ingredients in a blender and add honey to taste.
Place the ribs in a casserole dish and liberally coat with the sauce mixture.
Bake for approximately 2 hours.
