Peruvian Potatoes roast
Ingredients
1kg Peruvian potatoes (Canchán, Huamantanga, Huayro, Black, Yellow, etc.)
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
BBQ Sauce for dipping
Directions
Wash the potatoes well and put all the condiments with the oil in a bowl. Take them to an oiled cooking tray.
Take them to the oven at 180°C for 30/45 minutes until they are soft inside and crispy outside.
Serve as a side dish for meat, fish, chicken, etc. You can dip them in BBQ sauce.
