Preheat grill/smoker to 250F over indirect heat with apple wood
Trim pork tenderloin by removing silver skin. Apply rub.
Put meat on a smoker and cook at 250F for 30 – 35 minutes. Apply honey and BBQ sauce with a basting brush. Close the lid and let cook for another 15 minutes or until internal meat temp reaches 145F. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve warm. As an optional step you can put some butter or vegetables on top (see picture)
