Southern BBQ sauce
Ingredients
1 1/4 gallons apple cider vinegar
1 bottle (28 ounces) tomato sauce
5 1/2 ounces chilli flakes
4 ounces of cayenne pepper
2 ounces ground black pepper
3 ounces ground paprika
Directions
In a large pot, mix the cider vinegar and tomato sauce.
Season with chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and paprika.
Mix well and store in airtight containers.
For this recipe, it is not necessary to cook it, but you can heat it if you want to.
