Vegetables BBQ sauce


  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of water


  1. To start, cut the onions into small pieces and fry them with a little olive oil, salt and brown sugar until softened and caramelised.
  2. Next, add the tomato sauce together with the soy sauce, English sauce, sweet paprika, mustard, honey and black pepper. Stir so that everything is integrated.
  3. Then add a little water so the sauce doesn’t get too thick.
  4. Then, cover and let everything cook for 5 minutes, remove from the heat, wait for it to cool down a bit and from there you can use it to season any of your meats.
