White BBQ sauce
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ tablespoon mustard
½ tablespoon fine salt
⅛ tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon onion powder
¼ tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon hot sauce or cayenne powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In a bowl place all the ingredients and with the help of a whisk mix until all the ingredients are well mixed and you have a homogeneous sauce.
Store in a container with a lid, if it is better airtight, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
You can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
