White BBQ sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon fine salt
  • ⅛ tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • ¼ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce or cayenne powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In a bowl place all the ingredients and with the help of a whisk mix until all the ingredients are well mixed and you have a homogeneous sauce.
  2. Store in a container with a lid, if it is better airtight, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
  3. You can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
