Recipe Developer
Develop, test, and photograph new grilling and smoking recipes for the site and newsletter. You will run multiple test batches per recipe, write clear step-by-step instructions, and work with the photography team to make sure every dish looks as good as it tastes.
Customer Support Specialist
Answer member questions about orders, shipping, and product use through email and live chat. You will also help troubleshoot basic grilling and smoker questions and escalate recurring issues to the operations team.
Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate
Pick, pack, and ship rub blends, tools, and merchandise orders from our small warehouse. You will also help with basic inventory counts and keep the packing stations organized during busy shipping days.
Social Media Coordinator
Plan and post daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, turning recipe videos and cookout tips into short engaging clips. You will track engagement, reply to comments, and coordinate with the content team on upcoming recipe launches.
Backend PHP Developer
Maintain and extend the PHP backend that powers the recipe site, blog, and small shop. You will fix bugs, build new features like the job board and blog listing pages, and keep the site fast and reliable as traffic grows.
Photography & Content Assistant
Assist with styling and shooting food photography for recipes and gear reviews, then edit and organize the resulting image library. You will also help draft short captions and support the recipe team during test-cook days.
