These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by BBQ 4 U LLC ("My BBQ Recipe," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

2. Recipe Content

50% of our recipe library is available to all visitors at no cost. The remainder is available only to active Members. Recipes, images, and written content are provided for personal, non-commercial use and may not be republished or resold without our written permission.

3. Membership

Membership is billed at $8.99 per month or $79.99 per year, as selected at signup, and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Orders and Payment

All product prices are listed in USD. This Site's checkout is a demonstration flow: card numbers are validated only for correct formatting (a Luhn checksum) and no real payment is processed or card data stored. Placing an order creates an order record and confirmation as described at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, recipes, images, graphics, and the Site's design, is owned by or licensed to BBQ 4 U LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details specific to recipe and nutrition content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Florida, BBQ 4 U LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
