30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase on My BBQ Recipe - membership or store order - is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at info@mybbqrecipe.com within 30 days of your charge and we will issue a full refund.

Membership Refunds

Membership costs $8.99 per month or $79.99 per year, starting with a 30-day trial before the first charge. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page or by contacting us at info@mybbqrecipe.com; cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling after your first charge stops future billing but the current paid period remains active through its end date, and it is still covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

Store Order Refunds

If a physical product you ordered from our store arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact us at info@mybbqrecipe.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items returned for reasons other than defect or error may be subject to a restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take several business days to appear depending on your card issuer.
