This corded thermometer runs two independent stainless steel probes so you can watch the internal meat temperature and the ambient grill or smoker temperature side by side on a single backlit screen. Each channel supports its own high and low alarm, and a library of 9 preset meat types with USDA-recommended doneness levels takes the guesswork out of chicken, pork, beef, and fish. The 40 inch heat-rated cables reach comfortably from a closed grill lid to the countertop control unit.
