A Few Ingredients
- 1 rack (about 2.5-3 lbs) pork baby back ribs
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- … and 6 more
First Step
Light your charcoal grill and, once the coals are ashed over gray, push them all to one side of the grill to create a two-zone fire: a hot direct-heat side with coals, and a cool indirect side with no coals directly underneath (for a gas grill, simply light only one or two burners and leave the rest off).
